Tenancy Support

Tenancy Support is provided for anybody in need of help and support in maintaining a tenancy Our staff will work with you in a friendly, professional and confidential way.


Our Tenancy Support Service will help you to:

  • Claim any relevant benefits, in particular related to housing
  • Achieve your independence 
  • Gain interpersonal skills to liaise with landlords and other agencies
  • Deal with other issues which have led to your present circumstances
  • Feel more motivated and confident
  • Access training, education or employment
  • Deal confidently with budgeting and debt
  • Access other support services in the area

We are open for walk-ins Monday through Friday 9:30 to 12:30, and then again from 1:30 to 4:30.


We have a team of trained housing advisors staffed to help with any questions you may have about tenancy and renter's rights. If we don't have an answer for you, we will find someone who does!
