Families and Children - Early Help
EARLY HELP PROVISION
Referrals to our Homelessness Prevention Service for Families come through Sefton's Integrated Front Door and MASH Team. The service provides targeted support to families to assist with any housing issues, which includes access to social housing and finding alternative accommodation in the private rented sector. The service also provides housing related advice and guidance to other professionals working within Children's Social Care.
Within this provision, we provide access to our other services, such as:

- Referrals to Sefton Housing Options
- access to Foodbank, furniture and white goods
- Referrals to Housing Standards
- Access to legal advice - Housing Law and Family Law
- Family Mediation
- Women specific services
- Landlord Liaison
- Community Activities
- Referrals to Health & Wellbeing Service
