Hub@Southport
is the first port of call for anybody in our community needing advice on housing and related issues. Our aim is to provide a welcoming environment where we can offer you the best advice for your own personal circumstances. Our approachable advisers are friendly, professional and experienced in dealing with a wide range of issues. Please do not hesitate to come visit us!

TENANCY SUPPORT
Tenancy Support is provided for anybody in need of help and support in maintaining a tenancy Our staff will work with you in a friendly, professional and confidential way.
Our Tenancy Support Service will help you to:
- Claim any relevant benefits, in particular related to housing
- Achieve your independence
- Gain interpersonal skills to liaise with landlords and other agencies
- Deal with other issues which have led to your present circumstances
- Feel more motivated and confident
- Access training, education or employment
- Deal confidently with budgeting and debt
- Access other support services in the area
